Born and raised in central Kentucky, singer/songwriter Mary Kutter has been writing music and singing as long as she can remember. Her gift of storytelling inspired her to host her own tv/radio show in Bardstown, KY connecting a community of creatives to further develop her craft. With an overwhelmingly positive response she knew relocating to Nashville was the next step for her to continue to follow her passion. There she began hosting various songwriter’s nights and immersing herself in the creative community. Through her compelling, heart-felt story telling, she's garnered a gold record and Billboard Top 20 hit as a writer on Nate Smith's song "Wreckage," as well as writer credit on Bailey Zimmerman's "Never Leave" which became a Sirius XM #1,  Alexandra Kay's "That's What Love Is" which charted on iTunes at #1, Nate Smith's "Sleeve" and Haven Madison's "How You Like Me Now." Her penmanship can also be found on “Move It,” a song that's been featured in various TV shows, movies, a USPS Campaign and on ESPN. In January due to the demand of her following on Tik Tok, she released the song "Devil's Money," a story based off of her great grandaddy who was a bootlegger in Kentucky, that is currently at 1 million plus streams and counting. Kutter’s latest EP released on May 8th titled “Devil’s Money” was inspired by her love of storytelling. Each song is a unique story – some she heard when she was growing up, some she’s lived and some are her pure imagination.
